In light of recent events due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are reaching out to inform our customers of protocols and procedures EEC Motors has implemented to keep you and your family safe. We believe together we can take steps to ensure everyone’s safety, meanwhile doing our absolute best to keep you living a normal life. Effective immediately we are offering the following services:

• We now offer free pick-up and delivery of your vehicle, if you wish to avoid coming to the shop and/or to accommodate your needs and changing schedule.
• We are using appointment booking strategies with unique booking times in an attempt to space out arrival times for all our customers.
• Our service advisors have sanitizing wipes that get used on common surfaces between each customer.
• Our cleaning staff has been provided with sanitizing spray that is used nightly to wipe down all common areas in the dealership including handles, doorknobs, counter and tabletops, common furniture, phones, chair arms, all bathroom surfaces etc.
• All vehicles have a disposable seat cover put into your vehicle as soon as they arrive. All our technicians are required to put on fresh gloves and sanitize or wash their hands prior to working on any job.
• For those of you who wish to use our shuttle service, we have provided sanitizing wipes and instructed our driver to wipe down any common areas between each customer.
• For those that request, we can wipe down your vehicle's interior with sanitizing spray in the areas where the mechanics have worked. (By request only, as some people are sensitive to odors)

 
We understand these are difficult times and we want to do all we can to ensure peace of mind for our customers. In addition, any employees with the risk of exposure are self-isolating, as well as any employees who feel under the weather regardless of symptoms.
